XDJ-RR XLR problems

Guys, Girls, last saturday wanted to play a gig, at home nor problems with playing 9 console - jacks - amplifier - speakers but when I wanted to connect at the event ( direct connect through XLR's into brand new professional speakers ) the console wouldn't start at all, When I tried a direct powerconnection the console went on but after a few minutes it tuned off again..... quite frustrating I can tell. 

I've noticed the flashing " master record " buton wich told me there's a hardware problem. 

Back homei noticed the consolewas working perfect on the Jack Connection and NOT on the XLR. 

Does anyone have similair experiences and have advice what to do ?
