Can’t calibrate control vinyl and loud beeping sound

I have a pioneer table, Roland table, Roland 99 analog mixer and just bought the Interface 2 box, and control vinyl.
I have rekordbox dvs up and running and everything seems to be plugged in correctly since I can play “real vinyl” just fine, but for an entire day now I haven’t been able to get this to work. I have all 3 settings switched to line instead of phono but then in settings it changes me from turntables to CDJs and i can’t switch it back when I switch the line phono, and secondly it either calibrates with a green circle and a loud obnoxious humming sound, or doesn’t do anything and says error!
Please help. I have called support and they said to navigate this forum. I am so fed up with this.
