I can't use the controller, I can only use the laptop to mix. (the sound is working). rekordbox is connected to the mixer, it can read it, but I can't use it. the knobs are not working
I allowed rekordbox to access my microphone, I don't know what else to do. I wonder why I can't use my controller to mix, I can only mix through rekordbox...
the mixer is just an intermediary, I can't even use it, the knobs and buttons are not working.
I have a Mac OS Mojave 10.14.5. and I use DDJ-400 with the latest version of rekordbox.

Yes it is. The DDJ-400 is well connected and rekordbox can read it. but I just can't use any knobs. This same controller used to work just fine on my Windows laptop. now it doesn't work on my new MAC.

should I delete rekordbox and try reinstalling it, but, this time, with the DDJ-400 connected from the start ? because I plugged it in after installing rekordbox, not before. should I try that?
