Are you listening to the timecode audio on the phono input as opposed to the PC input on the mixer's channel input selector?

DJM 250 mk2 dvs vinyl soundcard issues?
im running technics 1210s with the 250 mk2 using dvs vinyl. I get a high pitch interference and crackling but only when using the mk2 soundcard as my interface. when I use built in through the laptop it plays perfectly but soon as I select the 250 mk2 soundcard Im getting issues. any help would be great. Is the soundcard in this not very good?
The I updated to the latest firmware and adjusted latency etc
