I have the same problem.
any ideas how to fix it?
After constant back and forth with pioneer in the end there top tech guy from Japan took control of my laptop to see if he could fix the issue, unfortunately he couldn't fix the issue or advise a fi which was very strange. I asked if moving to macbook pro would make run things smoothly and he agreed it would. 4 years later I'm still using the same mac and it runs flawlessly
