DJM-900nxs-2 Headphone Out Loose

After getting my DJM 900 nxs 2 serviced I noticed that the 1/4" headphone output is now loose and jiggles against the faceplate.  Is this likely due to soldering points failing or is there some other way to tighten down the headphone output?

The jack itself has a threaded collar (nut) which holds it in place below the faceplate - it could simply be that it's loose. You may want to return to your service shop and ask them to fix that for you (they should do it at no cost if it was fine before).

I believe it’s the nut, because it still functions fine and the original repair involved the lower control board. Is tightening this nut as simple as taking off the faceplate, and then tightening the nut? I am going to have the service shop do it, but I am curious to know how much labor would be involved if that were the cause.
