XDJ RX2 export/performance not working

Hello I recently brought a RX2 and set it up accordingly to how it says and having some problems with it...

When playing in performance mode everything is working as normal bar from the beat jump pads which dont do anything. I also can only use the effects through master and not through a single deck itself

Whilst in export mode I connect up and link it and it plays as normal with all functions working but it doesn’t display on the wave form on my Mac on rekordbox and can’t seem to work it out.
