I have recently upgraded my traktor pro 3 setup to include a Traktor timecode DVS alongside my DJM 250MK2, since utilising the timecode through the soundcard, after using it a while a glitching noise comes in cycles of about 10-15 seconds cutting in and out. Also I am losing the signal of the timecode and the mixer/ soundcard is not receiving or relaying the timecode signal to the program correctly. I have all the firmwares updated and the latest drivers installed using a windows 10 system with little or no background software. I have also adjusted the settings to allow the lowest latency to reduce any strain on the CPU. I am stuck as to what else the problems could be, please help as i have a gig this week and need the timecode!

The lowest latency (buffer) is likely what's causing the issue - it should be the lowest when no audio issues occur. That doesn't mean the lowest possible.
You may also check that the Intel Turbo Boost is disabled.

Tried that but still it stops completely midway through a mix and freezes up and I have to restart the mixer. I have tried mixing even without DVS on a controller and I have just the freezing up problem.

Utilizando timecode en Traktor, después de unos minutos (de 5 a 20) la placa deja de enviar señal DVS al software. Traktor sigue funcionando en modo normal, pero no puedo utilizar los vinilos timecode para controlar. Para que la señal vuelva debo reiniciar el software o apagar y prender el Mixer.
I have a similar problem with my DJM 250 MK2.
Using timecode in Traktor, after a few minutes (from 5 to 20) the soundcard stops sending DVS signal to the software. Traktor still works in normal mode, but I can't use timecode vinyls to control. For the signal to come back I must restart the software or turn the Mixer off and on.
I have Traktor PRO 3, MacBook Pro (i7 8GB RAM, MacOs Catalina 10.15.4), DJM 250 MK2, Traktor Kontrol X1 MK2 & PLX 500 with timecode MK2.

When you installed the drivers, did you allow them through the OS security?
And re: DVS, you may need to allow rekordbox access to the Mic through System Preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy > Mic on the left, then tick the box beside rekordbox on the right.
Aumenté mi memoria RAM a 16GB, compré un disco sólido Crucial (SSD) de 480GB y aun así, siguió haciendo lo mismo. Tuve que comprar una placa de audio externa: Traktor Audio 6 y fue la solución. De otra manera no funciona con Traktor de manera estable. Hay que considerarlo a la hora de comprar el mixer.
I upgraded my RAM to 16GB, bought a 480GB Crucial Solid Drive (SSD), and it still kept doing the same. I had to buy an external audio card: Traktor Audio 6 and it was the solution. Otherwise it doesn't work with Traktor stably. It must be considered when buying the mixer.

tested on my laptop Dell Inspiron 5480, and my wife´s laptop Compaq Presario
So, I made 2 videos to show the issues.
The first one, I open the Traktor with the DJM disconected, so after that, I plug the DJM, so traktor change automatically the audio devide, but the timecode function doesn´t working.
The first one, its when I start Traktor with my onboard soundcard and the try to change to the DJM-250 (Asio), but its not working and the Traktor just crash when I try to close.

In all of the cases the DVS stop working after a while. Im trying another solution with old Traktor 2 but involve some hack, so I only will talk about that in details with moderators permission.
