Rokordbox won't add new tracks to any USBs even though it says export successful.

So I've been using the same 2 flash drives for several years with rekordbox and never had an issue. Well i lost one so I decided to make a couple spares.

Went out bought a 6 pack of new flash drives spent well over an hour exporting my library per drive (it's a decent size library, almost 60gigs of music). Everything seemed to be fine while testing the new drives. Fast forward 1 day, I added 82 new tracks to library, analyzed them spent several hours cuepointing them, exported them to the 6 new drives and my 1 old drive.

Export 100% on all drives, everything is good to go... except that NONE of the 82 new tracks were exported to any of the drives. I tried reformatting one of the drives, letting it export for an hour and then plug it into my 2knxs2 to test out and none of the files are in there.

I've heard in the past that this is a problem with the DB on the drive and that formatting and reexporting fixes this but it doesn't. And why would 7 different drives have this issue all at the same time incl.udin one I've been using for over 3 years without issues.

Rekordbox is used and updated daily so I'm on whatever version number is latest.
