XDJ-RR: Cant set the track needle (or search/ skip in the track) when vinyl mode is off and the track is stopped

When Vinyl Mode is off and using the XDJ-RR as standalone Unit, i cant move the trackneedle (Position of Track) with the Jogwheels when the Track ist not playing or set the needle in a position which i would start the track. I already set everything on fabric Mode... nothing helps. Im very frustrated and neep help.
