i would recommend checking you are using the right version (menu rekordbox- about rekordbox) as thats what I had issues with as the beta i think is an additional app and I accidently ran the non beta version.
Also make sure you are in Performance mode - which requires a paid Rekordbox licence. Beatport & Soundcloud wont show in Export mode.
