Chauvet Rotosphere Q3 - NOT ROTATING

Hi,

I can see the Chauvet Rotosphere Q3 was added as a picture last year 2018, however, I have mine linked up correctly with the RB-DMX1 and through Rekordbox Lighting it flashes and changes colours but doesn't ROTATE.

Is there a specific option I should be selecting in the drop down box which starts with PAR LIGHT 1, PAR LIGHT 2 and so on...

If they just don't Rotate, why on earth not? the 19 Channels shows it can control the rotation motor so why doesn't it work?
