DDJ-1000 Controller and Rekordbox freezes, locks and many wierd things.

I have a DDJ-1000 controller which I am very happy with and use a lot.

I have a 2017 Macbook Pro which I run the Rekordbox software and the DDJ-1000 controller.

My buffersize is set to 512 which i pretty high considering it's a very fast Mac.

A lot of times when press rekord inside rekordbox I've experienced that it runs for 10 minutes and then Rekordbox and/or controller start to act up and do all kinds of crazy things.

I've updated to the latest firmware, updated the drivers, my volume are always in the green with maybe one or 2 yellow lights. NO RED LIGHTS.

I've followed a lot of the setup recommendations like turning Wifi of but still I have these incidents. I have tested both latest official release and the new Beta. I've reinstalled my system several times but still I have the same issue.

I've also tested with 3 different usb cables but still the same.

You can always feel when it starts to act up because the sound can have dropouts, the controller forward the track very fast or locks completely. It also sometimes slows down a track, breakes it up or completly stops. When this happens Rekordbox software also freezes.

Is there anything else I need to disable?

I had a 2012 Macbook Pro and never experienced this on that. It also never happens when running Rekordbox with an Ethernet cable in Export mode. Only with a USB cable in Performance mode. I've seen this on my own DDJ-1000 controller but also recently when using an XDJ-RX2.
