Waveform beginning at end

Haven't seen this yet. Prepared a song as normal on Rekordbox, uploaded it to my XDJ-RX2 controller but the song's waveform begins at the end and is stuck even though the song will play from the beginning. 

Attempting to press an existing Hot Cue or Memory Cue will only create a new Hot Cue, even though all 8 Hot Cues are already created. 

Uploaded the song twice but having the same issue only with this song/file.

Any thoughts on a fix?
