Try using a different USB cable and/or USB port first and let us know if that works.

DDJ400 not recognised by MAC book pro
whenever I connect it up the decks DDJ 400 to my Mac book they power up light up, then everything goes back dimly lit with only a few buttons showing. I tried them on my friends comp and they worked fine. It seems to be my rekordbox not working. It just won't connect to the decks for no apparent reason they were working fine just days before and I hadn't changed anything
