HDJ 1500 Headphones
I am a Pioneer loyal customer who has bought 2 sets of HDJ 1500 headphones, Pioneer CDJ 2000's, a DDJ-SX and a S9 Mixer. Both sets of headphones have broke on me in the same place and although I know that the warranty has expired, there must be something that can be done for a brand loyal customer who has spent over $10K on Pioneer DJ products.
Who can I speak to in order to get assistance with this matter?
