Rekordbox DJ not showing played tracks

I've just bought the DDJ 400 and was trying it out when I noticed played tracks were not marked green so I have no idea if I played a track or not without remembering it.

When a track is loaded on a deck it is marked green but as soon as I load another track, the previous one goes back to white and the new one turns green. Is this intended behaviour or a bug?
