How to save RB before formatting HD or getting a new HD Windows (Video)

I like to format my hard drive from time to time but we can also go with the idea I'll get a new hard drive one day as well.

I tried to follow a MAC video on how to save files so one could format HD and the put RB back on but of course I'm on Windows 10 (I'm making excuses), I some how didn't do it right and lost all of my analyzed tracks so I am starting over with a lazy motivation and the up hill battle before me, again.

Is there a video for windows that is very good detail on how to do this so that next time, I don't have to worry?

I wish it was as simple as a click in the RB program (maybe it is but I couldn't find it)
