Request (#138578) sx3 Job Failures and play failures.

I can’t wait to expose my thread of the technician that I’m working with who totally neglects me after calling in and trying to get attention on my case I’ve been a 16 year pioneer customer and I just CCed the Board of Directors on my case I’ve been straight neglected by these guys and all I want to do is send my device in for an RMA I’m about to leave the company all together I will be exposing the thread if I do not get a reply tomorrow there’s no reason why a technician who’s been working my case for two weeks does not reply to me on the next business day
