Bugging out Performance mode on Mac

My rekordbox on my Mac book went into performance mode and now it won't go out of it. every time I shut the app down and reload its straight back where it was. Plus every time I click on something to chance it just gives me the circle of death. any ideas how to sort this? wanna be able to sort my sticks and record mixes...
