Sound like quantize is one.
Can you turn it off pressing q on your keyboard or the red Q in the interface.

Hot Cue Delay
When I logged onto rekordbox all my settings had reset and a few things had changed. First, the hot cues delayed, when pressed them they activated about 2 beats late. Second, all my settings have reset to default (which is annoying).
