XDJ RX changes to midi control automaticaly

Pulse please read my post carefully. I wrote .. ''But sometimes when i make a change to a file, for example a tag, Xdj Rx returns (alone) to midi control''.

I'm not the one who change mode.

Xdj Rx change mode alone.

Anything with this problem???

Do you still have the XDJ partially connected in MIDI mode (one deck)?

I turn on my pc. I open my program and i push the midi button from xdj rx and then the deck buttons for decks. Then xdj rx changes to midi control mode. But i want the xdj rx mode for full control of effects. So i push for some seconds the menu button and i change the midi mode to xdj rx mode. All good! Is working.

But sometimes xdj rx machine changes the mode by itself. For example if i make some changes to 8-9 songs (tags) (sometimes 1 song), xdj rx changes, alone, from xdj rx mode to midi control. Another example, if i remove a usb, for example a usb stick, this happens again.

Xdj Rx has 2 options in menu. Midi mode and xdj rx mode. I want to work with xdj rx mode for the full control of effects.

Simply, is there a way, if my option is to select xdj rx mode, to stay in xdj rx no matter what i do? Either if i remove a usb, either if i make changes to mpe3s (tags)

Pulse, shoukd i wait for asolution, or do i have to live with that???

If you're using rekordbox at all, you can't change the mixer preference from MIDI mode because then it disconnects the mixer section so you no longer have MIDI control over the software mixer and the audio is all routed to channel 1. 

3 options are in my head:

1. You can't understand my problem

2. You don't want to understand my problem

3. You just don't know how to give a solution to my problem

I will take all the options.and i will live with that

✨ In the first video my setup is midi control mode (from xdj rx menu) and record box 6.5 (software). (Because as you said and as i see xdj rx's channel 2, does't work with record box, when xdj rx is at xdj rx mode).
✔ As you will see in video the effect department of xdj rx is empty. But its working. But i don't think you can work perfect without seeing the numbers in th effect department. That's why, i don't work with record box and I work with virtual dj. I will explain later why)

Anyway this is not my main problem because i want to work in xdj rx mode (xdj rx) for the full control of effect department.
This is an option virtual dj allow me to work. (That's why i work with virtual dj)

and suddenly without toucing nothing retuns to midi control mode. 
As a result of this, when my channel 1 is on air, music goes louder, and if channel 2 is on air music stops (without close it) and speakers plays music from channel 1 (with fader down).

👉 Virtul Dj Team answer is this:

''VirtualDj itself is NOT capable to switch the mixer mode of XDJ-RX. Only RekordboxDJ can do that via a call on the drivers (You may have noticed a "XDJ-RX auto-configure" service running on your system)
RekordboxDJ will change mixer mode to MIDI every time it starts. Other than that, there's no documentation when and why the auto-configure service will change mixer mode.''

Pulse, any solution?

The RX not displaying the FX info is normal; rekordbox shows you the parameters however it does not transmit that data to the RX display.

Both rekordbox and Virtual DJ are meant to be used with the mixer section of the RX in MIDI mode, not XDJ-RX mode, and it's entirely possible that the RX itself switches back over to MIDI mode because that's what it's expecting.

I'm sorry if this is not your preferred operation, it's not a bug - that's how it's meant to be used.

I will accept that recordbox does not transmit data to RX display in midi mode.
I understand that.

However i can not accept ''that the RX itself switches back over to MIDI mode because that's what it's expecting'', because that happened after the a change in drivers of RX or one of Windows update. 
I say that, and i'm sure for this, because i remember myself working with RX and windows 7 and never had this problem.
I always working with XDJ RX mode with Virtual Dj.

I think that problem started after service pack 2 update.. I'm not sure.
But i'm sure that i NEVER had this problem before that change.

Now, is it the drivers??Is it the windows?? I don't know.
I only know that this is a bug.
Because one day everything working fine.
XDJ RX never switced to midi mode from Xdj rx mode.
And next day, after a change of Pioneer or Microsoft, problem begin.

I'm sorry Pulse, it is a bug. If XDJ RX that's how it's meant to be used, why RX have this option (Xdj or midi mode)?

Anyway, as I say in the begging of post I live with that.

Is there any problem make an inquiry about this?? I ask because i already ask this here.
