Please note the following information posted to the rekordbox system requirements page, and support info FAQ page:
Currently, rekordbox (Android) does not support Android 10.
It has been reported that rekordbox (Android) doesn't work properly on Android 10 devices.
We are now working on the issue.
Please refrain from updating Android and use the app on a device with Android 9 or earlier.

Same. Running on a samsung s10. Also tried clearing app cache and data and uninstalling/reinstalling app
Sadly, no response from Pioneer. Over at Reddit, the crew there basically confirmed the app is useless and Pioneer has known this for a while, but will do nothing about it. So there's a feature we've been lied to about.

I saw that there was an update made to the app -- the notes specifically addressed the pink text, please check it out to see if that helps your version.
