I have bought a second hand Pioneer DDJ-400, now I need to transfer license key to my account.
Before 3 days, I submitted an inquiry to link with my account with all evidences. Also person from whom I bought DDJ-400 has submitted an inquiry to unlink his account from license key.
Since 3 days, I have not received any response from Support desk, also I call support center and got answer '' We do not know who can help you''
Without activation of license key, I am not able to use DDJ-400. I request you to please support on this issue (inquiry numbers are #147513 and #147390
