XP1/XP2 + Recordbox DJ + CDJ's

Good day,

I've just discovered the XP1/XP2 modules and as a DDJ-SZ user, they seem pretty cool.

I'm very tired of carrying the DDJ-SZ around and I'm looking forward to switching to the regular 2x CDJ + mixer setup. The idea of having the full CDJ + mixer setup alongside with my laptop and a XP1/XP2 module sounds very intriguing. 

My question is - if I buy one, would I be able to use my recordbox DJ library via my laptop and control it via the XP1/XP2 controller on a CDJ + mixer setup? If yes, how should I connect them? What functionality of the CDJ's will be available in this setup? Has anybody tried to do that?

Hey Buddy.... I'm trying it at the moment and cant say i'm having an easy time with it.

The answer is yes to your question but the set up can be quite complicated... you need specific drivers  to run everything in HID mode and at the moment i'm having trouble getting the samples on the XP2 coming out of both channels... spent hours yesterday

Dont know if its me or an error/glitch... so many issues with RB 6 update but fingers crossed there get it all sorted

I'd go for it mate and if you get stuck feel free to holler at me for updates and info.. i will get it nailed today or this week lateest
