Editing A Track

Sorry, but I'm still a bit of a newb with the RX2 and Rekordbox.

I have been playing some tracks on Rekordbox and have noticed that the some of the starting cue points that I have added on the RX2 are not appearing when I load the track on Rekordbox.

My main question is this: If I edit a track (on Rekordbox) and say for example put a new starting cue point on the track, to transmit it to the USB stick, do I need to completely remove the track from the USB and then reload it? This is painful as I have to redo the artwork and the name of the track etc. Isn't there a way of simply refreshing the list of tracks and then it saves on the USB stick?

Thank-you in advance for any help.

You don't need to remove it, but if you have made changes and want to update the USB drive, you'll need to update at least one item on the drive itself for those changes to take place. I'd recommend simply exporting one song.

Thank-you for replying and helping.

The other think I have noticed (this is probably user error) is when I set a cue point at the start of a track on the RX2 (using the cue button, not the square pads) it never seems to appear when I go back to Rekordbox. Do I have to press an additional button on the RX to save it properly?

Yes - that would be a temporary "Main Cue" which is not stored on the track beyond when it's loaded to a deck. Either use a Memory point or a Hot Cue to store it for recall at a later time.
