1. Are the jog wheels on this XDJ-XZ the same jog wheels that are on the DDJ1000? or are they smaller less precision jog wheels?
2. Does the XDJ-XZ allow the Pad Editor to work in when used with RekordboxDJ?
3. Is there a Key Sync/Reset toggle button on the unit like the DDJ1000 has or do we need to kill functionality of some other feature on the unit and midi map it ourselves with RekordboxDJ?
1. The jogs are the same as the CDJ-2000 and DDJ-1000 model players, complete with tension adjust.
2. <EDIT> Sorry, it does not currently use the Pad Editor.
3. Sorry, doesn't have a dedicated reset button, nor does it look like one is soft-mapped.

I think your wrong about the pad editor. this video shows a very reputable dj product reviewer going over the features on the unit stand alone and on RekordboxDJ. And this picture clearly shows that the pad editor button is not appearing while the XDJ-XZ is plugged in ... in performance mode.
It's a shame... I am a reseller and i had several of these units on order for a chain of night clubs that I am the production manager for... but this is a major design oversight. Im cancelling my PO till the pad editor is implemented on the unit.
Hmm, well, that's disappointing. I've passed this to our product team for comment.
Yeah, sorry - there is no support for the Pad Editor at this time. I've put in a request for it to be added but I'm not sure if it can / will be.
