REKORDBOX HISTORY FAILURE

SO HERE IS A GOOD ONE

I have both the "AUTOMATIC HISTORY RETRIEVAL" thing checked and my xdj700 is recording the histories just fine.

As soon as I load them into rekordbox they disappear completely from my drive, they're renamed with the date instead and the histories are inaccurate, and they half missing???? wtf????

please help!
