Pioneer DDJ SR2 Master light MIDI not able to open issue

Pioneer DDJ SR2 Master light MIDI not able to open issue. i plugged in my DDJ SR2 to my mac and its does not turn on. Master light turns red and keeps flashing. in the MAC DJ Serato software it says hardware is trying to open and after sometime it says MIDI not able to open.
