Which cue -- headphone or master deck position cue?

xdj rx2 no master or deck 2 cue
I recently acquired a xdj-rx2. I am using it without a computer. Deck 1 cue works fine, but the master and deck 2 cues are not working. I have updated the firmware

Forgive me if i use the wrong terminology i'm an old school dj i learned on turntables, Deck 1 cue works fine. Deck 2 and the master do not light up when pressed and no sound comes thru the headphones
