UKing ZQ-B279 60W RGBW LED Kaleidoscope Effect Moving Head Light new fixture request

Brand: U'King Model: ZQ-B279 Moving head with led ring There's no manufacturer website, I purchased them from ebay https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.com%2Fulk%2Fitm%2F223413488697 I have a hard copy of the user manual with the channels (14/16 chs) but I can't see an option to attach photos here
