DDJ-1000 | Hot Cue triggers other deck, intermittently

Sometimes if I'm mashing on a hot cue it will have the same effect on the track playing on the other deck, as if I were hitting the pad for the other deck simultaneously, but there's no hot cue set. Doesn't seem like it would be a setting since it only happens intermittently.
