Xdj-rz 4 channel mixing

I've seen this video on youtube and the xdj rz is using 4 channels to mix and controlling them from the unit, it looks like he is pressing the shift button and using link to run rekord box dj, does anyone know how it's done I will post a link too the video, https://youtu.be/l9JxTFzywp8
