Master out for DDJ 400 doesn't work

HI,

I just received my new DDJ 400 and connected it with Virtual dj.

Setup is as recommended by them. 

However, I can hear the song playing only through headphones. Master out doesn't play anything, nor do headphones when switching "headphones mixing" to master.

Any suggestion?
