No sound through headphones on DDJ-800

Hi, i've literally just gone onto rekordbox and connected everything up as per usual and there's no sound coming through my headphones at all. The only way sound comes through the headphones is if I have the sound playing through ddj 800. I can only use built in output at the moment also.
Any help would be much appreciated

Hello. Have you the driver for DDJ-800 installed ? If you allready have done this and don t work you must to go in Security settings of your computer and Unblock sistem extension from ,,...Pioneer Dj Corporation ,,. After this select in Headphones Output Windows DDJ-800. Good Luck😀
