The sound in the headphones crashes and goes silent

Brand new XDJ-RX2.
When I use MIDI and Rekordbox, the sound in the headphones works about 1 minute and then start to blur and sound very bad for 15-20 seconds and then completely silent. I then have to restart the XDJ-RX2 or computer for the sound to work again for a minute. When I only play from USB stick in the XDJ-RX2, the sound in the headphones works normally. I have the latest firmware Ver.1.37 Audio driver Ver.1.020 Rekordbox 5.8.1 HP Intel Core i7-3520M CPU@2.90GHz 8 GB RAM 64-bit I've tried another computer with similar configuration, but get the same problem with the sound in the headphones. I have tried 3 different headphones. I have tried to reinstall drivers. Same problem all the time. Do you have any idea what that might be?

Regards Michael

Have you made sure that your computer OS is up-to-date and that you don't have any other processes running in the background? Check that you are virus and malware free as well, because it sounds to me like the problem is something on your computer, especially if you are able to use the unit in stand-alone mode and it works fine.

Yes, the computer has all the latest updates. Avast antivirus is installed.

I have also tried to shut off antivirus but same problem.

I setup my other computer with rekordbox.

Win 7 with all the latest updates and servicpack

Same problem, It souds very bad after about 1 minute and then quit after about 15-30s.

The waveform works fine all the time.
I have tried other USB cable on different ports, same problem.
I have the latest BIOS and i have run the HP Support Assistant and updated all drivers.
The latest Windows 7 update is applyed.

I have now tested my computer on another XDJ-RX2 with my USB cable.
The XDJ i test on has firmware ver.1.31 and everything works fine.
I tested for about 10 minutes.
Then i upgraded the firmware to ver.1.37 and everything also works fine.
So it seems to be something hardware error in my brand new RX.

Another thing i recognize, is that if i stop playing a song in rekordbox, the decks in the RX lose connection after a while, and then it is impossible to load the decks again. I must reboot the RX or the computer.
