need help plz (beat sync) (beatport link only ?)

hello,

when i use beat sync on both deck (DDJ-1000 here) the tempo are well synced but the grids are not perfectly in phase.

what i do wrong ?

edit: first 10s are not synced/in phase.... mainly beatport link tracks.
