Rekordbox not recognising device / USB

I have the most up to date Rekordbox and I’m trying to export playlists to USB for the first time on my Mac. Explorer is recognising them, they’re in the window on the left (not in devices tree) and I can’t export them over. Sync manager, I click devices and there’s no options there (everything is greyed out) and I’ve reformatted two different usbs to Fat32 and still no luck.

@leon > If you're on Catalina, there is a new security setting which blocks application access to removable drives unless you specifically allow it - open the System Preferences > Security & Privacy to find the removable devices, and tick the box beside rekordbox.

can you see the USB device under Devices, and have you tried to go to a playlist and right click it and then chose Export to Device?
