Just to be clear, the USB cable is connected to your computer and it did work but now won't open rekordbox?

PIONEER DDJ-400
Good Evening to everyone,i've a problem with my new console DDJ-400.
I've bought this console on pioneer web site 2 weeks ago and i've linked to my computer before and now is blocked.
I don't know why,there are only 2 led on and the console doesn't do!!!
it's impossible calling service customer
