Rekord Box Pioneer RX2 Sound Issues

Can anyone please help me. I’m having issues with the sound on my Rekord box with controller connected. When I’m USB mode controller works fine no issues at all. When connected to the laptop with controller I have issues of the following. In XDJ RX2 Asio mode it comes out very distorted sound but all headphones and line faders etc work perfectly apart from freezes. If I change in audio settings on Rekord box to Line I get perfect sound but only through CH1. Also in the option I don’t get any sound through headphones at all. I am currently running windows 7 intel Core i5 with 4.00GB memory but been advised this laptop should run perfectly fine as I have previously also been using serato for two years with no issues at all. Please can someone advise me where I’m going wrong as really disappointed spent a lot of money on new controller Pioneer XDJ RX2 so moved away from Serato and really regretting it.

also to add I have also deleted all drivers and re uploaded all new ones. So appears am currently running the latest up to date ones.
