Remap xp1 for deck C or D

Why are we not able to remap the xp1 for deck C or D? 

I have a DDJ-1000 but I don't like change for play on other decks.

Like in traktor, remap so I can use buttons like Play, cue, pitch and hotcues for other decks other than A and B.
