Music always playing in one channel [DJM 800]

My problem is that the music on channel 3 is always playing. Whenever a play a song, even if the fader is down, the music is playing as if it was all the way up. This problem only happens in one of the channels. Any idea how to fix this problem?

Could be the channel fader isn't connected properly, is "leaking," or there is another fault on the mainboard. Please contact a Pioneer DJ authorized service centre in your region to have your hardware inspected and/or repaired.
