Saving rekordbox recordings in format that plays on Itunes

When I initially saved recordings made on my DDJ-400 they were saved in an iTunes folder and appear in the MP4 format so they can be played through iTunes. Now all my recordings are saved and won’t play on iTunes.. the only difference I can see from old recordings is they are Wav files and haven’t converted to a format that plays on iTunes. The files won’t therefore aren’t uploaded to iCloud so I can’t play them on my phone.... Any help? Can’t find anything on line about this... Thanks in advance!
