Have you verified that the software knobs are not already rotated to the left or right? I'd recommend turning the knob fully left, then fully right, then back to 12 o'clock to see if that resets it.

SOUND COLOR FX ALL CHANNELS - DDJ RZX
Hello,
I have a DDJ-RZX.
I use it with a Macbook for O.S Mojave and RekordBox 5.8.2
My problem is in the Sound Color FX.
When selecting the effect button, even with the rotary knob in central mode, it activates the effect on all channels.
I've tried to restore the MIDI settings and it didn't work.
