Can you try connecting the DDJ-400 directly to a USB power brick to see if the issue persists?

ddj 400 dimmed lights
i have my ddj 400 connected to my mac with a usb 3 to usb c adapter but nothing on the controller will work in rekord box? the play and cue lights are off while all the other lights are dimmed except for the fx and hot cue soft buttons. i'm thinking it's a power issue, but it worked fine for a month or so with a differnt usb hub adapter i have until a few days ago.
