God Dam Licence key !!

So.. i'have already a key provided with my ddj 1000 ...everything work perfect 

so ..i've bought Video licence... and.. SURPRISE i am not EVEN ABLE to enter the licence key .. it's seem like it is activated by performance key but won't work

if i clic desactivate ( on video only) it gave me a code 22 .... 

the only feature i have a activate button is lyrics... 

any cue? i've submited a ticket 2 days ago and nothing from pioneer..got a venuue tonight and NEED VIDEO
