750mk2 Firmware Update Problem

Hi,

When I enter firmware update mode on my 750 mk2 it flashed up which FW i am on (1.03) and then almost immedietly goes into normal mixer mode.

I'm trying to update to 1.04 but because it keeps leaping out of update mode it never recognises the USB stick etc

Please help, i want to use my iphone to record mixes with the REC app but because i can't update ive got the bug where it stops recording.
