Rekordbox 5.8.4 released, XML bug remains.

Pioneer DJ just released Rekordbox 5.8.4.

I'm sorry to report the Rekordbox.XML bug remains. This bug plagues anyone who imports XML data into a Rekordbox collection, regardless of where that data originated.

It still is necessary to have 2 versions of Rekordbox installed if you want to be sure that all XML data is imported into the Rekordbox collection:

• Rekordbox 5.6.0 to import XML data
• Rekordbox 5.8.4 for all your daily work.

Don't have them open together at the same time.
Rekordbox Cue and Key Tool - Reck and DJ Conversion Utility - DJCU warn if they detected a version of Rekordbox with the XML import bug. The new version of DJCU will even open the NON bugged version to ensure you can import the XML data without issues. This feature is coming to the next version of ReCK as well.
