Copy of USB onto external HD - how to find playlists

I copied all the contents from a rekordbox USB that I was given to copy. I have a separate folder with all those contents on a hard drive that also contains my library in my own rekordbox playlist. Is there a way for me to extract or recreate that USB so that I can still get access to it as a device in rekordbox?
