It will typically jump the match to whichever is closer (lower percentage) jump; the 94 to 128 is +36%, from 94 to 64 is -46%. Did you already have the 94BPM track pitched down before you hit sync?

Rekordbox changes the bpm from 94 to 64 when I press sync.
I was doing a transition from 128 bpm track to 94 bpm track, I l set both of the track to wide and when i press sync in the 94 bpm track, It changes to 64 bpm. I analysed the 94 bpm track, but it still changes it to 64 bpm. DDJ 400
